What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle accounting: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and file GST/HST returns, payroll remittances (CPP, EI, income tax) and other CRA filings
- Track manufacturing costs (materials, labour, overhead) and support margin reporting
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements in accordance with ASPE
- Coordinate with external accountants, bookkeepers, and tax advisors as needed
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or small business preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax regulations (GST/HST, corporate tax, payroll)
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Excel
- CPA designation or candidacy is an asset

What You'll Do
- Perform SSR assembly operations: PCB population, soldering, potting (encapsulation), and testing
- Operate production equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct in-process quality checks and record production data accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards)
- Report quality issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail for precision assembly work
- Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team
- Electronics manufacturing or soldering experience is an asset

What You'll Do
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of production operators; conduct shift briefings and assign tasks
- Monitor production progress in real-time, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with Alberta OHS regulations and promote a safety-first culture
- Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles — reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Train new team members on assembly procedures, equipment operation, and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with Canadian workplace safety standards (OHS, WHMIS)
