Accountant / Financial Analyst

1 Position
📍 Calgary, Alberta ⏰ Full-Time 🏢 On-Site

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle accounting: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and file GST/HST returns, payroll remittances (CPP, EI, income tax) and other CRA filings
  • Track manufacturing costs (materials, labour, overhead) and support margin reporting
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements in accordance with ASPE
  • Coordinate with external accountants, bookkeepers, and tax advisors as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or small business preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian tax regulations (GST/HST, corporate tax, payroll)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Excel
  • CPA designation or candidacy is an asset

Production Operator / Assembly Technician

3 Positions
📍 Calgary, Alberta ⏰ Full-Time 🏢 On-Site

What You'll Do

  • Perform SSR assembly operations: PCB population, soldering, potting (encapsulation), and testing
  • Operate production equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Conduct in-process quality checks and record production data accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards)
  • Report quality issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail for precision assembly work
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team
  • Electronics manufacturing or soldering experience is an asset
Compensation $18–$24 / hour

Production Supervisor / Team Lead

1 Position
📍 Calgary, Alberta ⏰ Full-Time 🏢 On-Site

What You'll Do

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of production operators; conduct shift briefings and assign tasks
  • Monitor production progress in real-time, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with Alberta OHS regulations and promote a safety-first culture
  • Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles — reduce waste and improve efficiency
  • Train new team members on assembly procedures, equipment operation, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with Canadian workplace safety standards (OHS, WHMIS)
